BayView Innovations is a consulting company, dedicated to developing venture investment market in Ukraine by providing services to developers of promising commercial projects: finding financing for early stages of project development and rising project’s attractiveness for potential investors.

BVI team has substantial experience in managing international projects, broad partner network in the Silicon Valley (California, USA) and has a deep understanding of Ukraine’s high-tech potential.

Company’s mission is to educate and develop venture investment market in Ukraine, create image of Ukraine as a country with high RD potential, capable of creating competitive tech companies on global markets.

BayView Innovation’s major goals are to build: 1) an effective business incubator that will transform ideas and technologies into companies receiving investments from world’s best venture funds; 2) solid management team based in Silicon Valley capable of nurturing a small company to a global corporation with 10-digit turnover figures.  

We plan to employ a model, used by most successful start-ups. This approach involves creating an American company with a worldwide patent, led by an experienced American manager that will eventually become able to receive investment from Silicon Valley’s leading funds.

Pursuing its mission, BayViewInnovations plans to hold a series of educational events, aimed at forming of entrepreneurial spirit and spreading knowledge of venture business’ basic laws. These events include:

1. Participation in CIS markets oriented international events as partners, jury members or Ukraine’s representatives. Events include:
   - SVOD
   - BIT
   - Moscow venture forum
   - EMPEC
   - Central & Eastern European Outsourcing Summit
   
2. Holding master classes, seminars and conferences in Ukraine, where audience can access know-how of successful venture businessmen: entrepreneurs, investors and consultants, experienced at founding and operating companies in the Silicon Valley. Most of these events are meant as non-profit and imply free admittance, allowing information to be accessible to broad target audience.
   
3. Organization of business tours to Silicon Valley. These tours will help see the full picture and understand Silicon Valley’s organization and principles directly on-site, as well as set up necessary business connections. Tours are being organized both independently and with partners. At this moment there are three main topics of these tours – “Future of IT marketplace”, “Venture business basics. An inside look” and “Talent management”.

Ukrainian and Silicon Valley-based partners who work with us gain an invaluable advantage.
